MESSAGE REGARDING CORONAVIRUS
Due to the Coronavirus, many of our staff are furloughed and our remaining staff are working from home to maintain a minimum level of standards. The information below explains what our current status is:
We are currently not taking new applications by phone, but we are still accepting applications through this website
New applications will continue to be processed, which includes us undertaking all necessary checks to obtain relevant permissions and verify eligibility, but they will then be placed into a queue to await the survey, which will be completed as soon as the Government advice changes
Any existing survey or installation will be cancelled in line with recent Government advice and we are not booking any further until the advice changes
Homes which have been surveyed, will have their quotes produced and if accepted, will then be placed into a queue to be booked for installation when we are able to do so
Customers who have an issue with a heating system which we have previously installed, can obtain assistance by going direct to the manufacturers’ website (see below), or by emailing email@example.com
All routine service and installation work is on hold, we will however assist customers who have an urgent need as best as we can, whilst complying with the current restriction on movement
As we have limited staff who are working from home, we would ask that all contact is made via email, which will enable us to respond to people in the order in which they contact us and to identify and support any vulnerable customers who may be most in need.
