HEAT London is able to offer grants through working in partnership with a range of organisations including Local London Boroughs, Energy Companies and Local Installers.


We have got together to bring healthier, warmer and more comfortable homes to Londoners.

HEAT London wants to make homes in London warmer, healthier and more efficient.


We are able to offer:

  • Energy Efficiency Advice and Guidance

  • Grants for first time Central Heating Systems

  • Grants for Boiler Upgrades

  • Grants for other energy efficiency measures including Loft Insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation 

  • Grants for Renewable Heating

ENERGY EFFICIENCY ADVICE

Lower Your Fuel Bills

Get in touch with us to receive a free, one-to-one Energy Efficiency Assessment.  We can start with simple steps to lower your fuel bills, such as providing LED lightbulbs for your home or helping you to switch energy supplier to a cheaper tariff. We can also provide simple hints and tips to lower your energy costs and feel warmer. After that, we can discuss your existing insulation, heating and hot water and make some recommendations - possibly leading to a grant to cover the cost of these works

HEAT London are pleased to be able to offer grants for first time Central Heating Systems, for a limited time. Contact us now to arrange an Energy Efficiency Assessment of your home to see if we can make your home warmer, more comfortable and costing you less.

BOILER UP-GRADE GRANTS

Lower Your Fuel Bills

HEAT London have very limited funding to offer upgrades for broken, non-condensing boilers - on a case by case basis.

LOFT, ROOF AND WALL INSULATION

Make Your Home Warmer

HEAT London can make your home cosier through the installation of loft, roof and wall insulation.

​

Even if you have loft insulation, it may not now meet the recommended minimum of 300mm / 12 inches.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

Reducing CO2 Emissions

At HEAT London, we are able to offer a range of grants for renewable energy solutions including:

  • Air Source Heat Pumps

  • Fuel Cell Micro Combined Heat and Power Units

  • Hybrid Heat Pumps

  • Solar PV (electrically heated homes)


You'll be surprised at the energy savings that can be made and the ease with which these technologies can be installed into a variety of homes.

You do not have to be in receipt of a benefit to qualify - other factors are taken into consideration such as:

​

  • Low income

  • Health issues

  • Energy Performance of home

  • Energy Costs

  • Household composition - age, number of children etc.

  • Property type
